Before care begins

Client service agreement.

Please review these terms when requesting care. Acceptance is recorded with the booking request.

Care authorization

The client authorizes The Rich Paw to provide the requested pet-care services and to access the home only as needed for those services. The client confirms that all pet, health, behavioral, access and emergency information supplied is complete and accurate.

Veterinary emergencies

If the client cannot be reached, The Rich Paw may seek reasonably necessary veterinary care. The client remains responsible for veterinary, transportation and related costs.

Pet behavior and safety

The client must disclose bite history, aggression, escape risk, medical needs and any condition that could affect safe care. The Rich Paw may modify or stop service when safety is at risk.

Scheduling and payment

A request is not confirmed until The Rich Paw accepts it. Pricing, holiday surcharges, payment timing and approved payment method will be stated before confirmation.

Cancellations

The cancellation and refund rules published on the Policies page are incorporated into this agreement.

Home access and security

The client authorizes use of the agreed access method and will provide working keys, codes and instructions. The Rich Paw will take reasonable care but is not responsible for failures of client-provided locks, alarms or access systems.

Photography and updates

Photos may be taken for private client updates. Public marketing use requires separate permission.

Electronic acceptance

Checking the agreement box and submitting a booking request constitutes electronic acknowledgment of this agreement, the Terms and the Privacy Policy.
