Holiday pricing

A $15 holiday surcharge per visit applies during the holiday window: the day before, the holiday itself and the day after.

Cancellations and refunds

For standard walks and visits, cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start may be credited or refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable because that time has been reserved.

Overnight care and multi-day bookings require at least 72 hours’ notice for a credit or refund. Holiday-window bookings require 7 days’ notice. Completed services and same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

Severe weather, unsafe conditions and genuine emergencies are handled reasonably and case by case.

Payment

Payment timing and accepted payment methods will be confirmed in writing before a booking becomes final. The website does not currently collect payment.

Safety and access

Clients must provide accurate pet, access, veterinary and emergency-contact information. The Rich Paw may pause or end a visit if conditions are unsafe for the pet or caregiver.
